When to Replace a Worn-Out Claude

Replace or rotate a Claude when it reaches high usage, starts summarizing too aggressively, forgets the current target, repeats old instructions, or drifts into new planning instead of production.
A fresh Claude 3 should be booted with the latest master dump plus a one-paragraph current target.
Best rotation rule: one Claude extracts, one Claude verifies, optional third Claude handles overflow or cleanup.
When a Claude is near its limit, have it stop after a clean checkpoint and output its current file/report before continuing.

White Claude finishes enough Set List extractions to feed the ALL-IN-ONE generator.
Black Claude verifies outputs and isolates unresolved flags.
Tom decides only flags that block code. Non-blocking flags remain placeholders.
Tom confirms the 34 ALL-IN-ONE page names and which ones already exist.
Tom confirms mandatory website page inventory: existing pages, missing placeholders, navigation pages, adult index.
ChatGPT prepares the generator input map: titles, blocks, metadata fields, placeholders, warnings, buttons.
ChatGPT writes Code #1: ALL-IN-ONE generator.
ChatGPT writes Code #2: connected Set/Song List generator.
Tom pastes/runs code and creates the pages.
Only after pages exist: map/crawl the site, repair Fast Scroll, repair Switchboard, repair Navigation Map, then final dark-theme pass.

Black Claude 1: Continue verification only. Verify Set List 8 onward. Track new flags and patterns only. Do not recreate old reports unless asked.
Optional Claude 3: Use as replacement or overflow only when one Claude is worn out. Assign one narrow job and feed it the master dump plus current target.
DeepSeek: Use for cheap sorting, duplicate checks, and inventory cleanup. Do not give it canon authority.
